What a good country pub. Very profitable but only trading 5 days a week.

The only hotel in the lovely town of Lucindale in the rich farming and wine area of South East South Australia.

Lucindale is a very active thriving town with great facilities and events. The town has a population of 673 plus a large surrounding rural population. Lucindale is know for the annual South East field days held every March attracting over 25,000 people. The town also hosts The Yakka Park music festival in April, Easter tennis tournament, annual Campdraft, the largest sheep  dog auction in Australia and the Art in the Sticks festival. The town has its own Football Club, R-12 Area school, Country Club for golf and tennis, caravan park, Vet, general store, engineering and rural supplies companies, Post office and other small businesses. Lucindale in 340km south east of Adelaide and 125 km north of Mt Gambier.

The hotel is well designed and presented to cater well to the population. It has a good sized front bar with large windows overlooking Centenary Park with its playground, BBQ facilities and skate park. Backing the front bar is the large dining room and comfortable lounge area featuring a great open fireplace. Good function rooms, walk in bottleshop, 6 gaming machine room with smoking breakout area, al fresco dining, beer garden, very well appointed commercial kitchen, 6 rooms for public accommodation,  excellent managers residence with office, lovely kitchen, 2 bedrooms and own entrance. wonderful open fireplaces throughout. All this on a large area of land with good shedding.

This hotel would suit the first time publican, experienced publicans and families.
